Returns and Exchanges Policy 

The Stylist Splash do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If the goods are faulty or damaged in any way (that is not directly linked to the postal services), we will happily replace the item for refund or exchange as otherwise stated by law.

Many of the items that we stock are made by hand, the colour representation in the photos may not be exact to the actual item and each item is unique.  Upon making a purchase you agree and understand this policy.

The Stylist Splash offer all product dimensions and images are provided.  If anything is unclear please get in touch with us before purchasing.

We will only exchange goods that are unused and in their original condition and packaging.


What do I need to do now?

Exchanges are available on all products excluding sale items.

You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange.

All postage for returns or refunds is at the cost and responsibility of the buyer.

We will send you an email once it has been received, but feel free to contact us at any time if you have any concerns via our contact page.

If you are returning your item/s via Australia Post please obtain a shipping tracking number (free) for your parcel as we do not take responsibility for the goods being lost by mail.
